Alums are doing work!. 84% of NFL teams have hired an Academy alum. 90% of alumni with NFL opportunities get hired F/T or 2nd contract. 85% of Power 4 teams have had paid Alum on staff.(94% B1G / 88% SEC / 82% ACC / 75% B12). Fall Semester begins Sept 2nd.

Entry level positions with NFL scouting departments are almost universally call Scouting Assistants (formerly Scouting Intern). Yesterday we received word that our 15th NFL alumni has been promoted from Scouting Assistant to Full Time NFL scout. We are so proud of all of them!

Many OL coaches would teach Hernandez to use that set when you'd have A gap help from the Center. One of the reasons the pass rush pit is not a pure opportunity for evaluation. Pass rushers rarely get that many 2 way go reps with that much spacing.

Louis has taught us that this is a projection business. Your job is to determine future outcomes and that is dependent on understanding the context of past performance.
The amount of after the fact captain obvious-man types that always want to say “I need to see more before I say (fill in the blank)” never ceases to amaze me. Projecting performance is the real challenge. Talking about it after it happens. yeah. that’s great 🙄.
