WXV 1: England 61-21 USA Mataitoga again does great job in the restart to get ball back for USA. Eagles trying to run out of their end & Wyrwas picks off flat pass for final try of the day. Harrison adds conversion & game over.

WXV 1: England 47-21 USA Really tough for U.S., which was on the ENG 10m after Mataitoga attack @ the restart & Ehrecke line break. Turnover turns into big ENG clear & eventually a lineout move that puts Jess Breach into space for the try. Wyrwas w/the extras

WXV 1: England 40-21 USA Game's been in USA end since Kelter try but it's been pretty broken & messy. England eventually turn the territory into a Talling try & conversion is good

WXV1: England 33-21 USA 57' A couple errors from ENG -- kick straight out, offsides -- and USA have lineout on ENG 5m. Lovely throw-in hits the back pod & then cpt Kate Zackary peels to the weakside & beat Matthews over the line. Hawkins hits the conversion

49' WXV 1: England 33-14 USA Knock-on sets up ENG w/attacking scrum & woof the bodies in motion off the set piece. Breach holds Mataitoga just long enough out wide, opening the lane for Westcombe Evans to slide into the try zone

WXV 1: England 28-14 USA 44' England hand the ball over w/a fwd pass & USA earn free kick from subsequent scrum. #8 Johnson goes quick for ground & Rogers carries back-to-back to get to 5m. Forward punches to the line & then one pass off ruck to Kelter for try. Hawkins converts

41' WXV 1: England 28-7 USA ENG going for it with the half expired. March downfield w/fast phases (Taufoou nearly halted the drive w/an interception) & once in striking distance, No 8 Alex Matthews works the 2 v 1 for the try. Harrison 4/4 on conversions

34' WXV 1 England 21-7 USA England quickly into scoring range with a 10m lineout but USA do well to halt the driving maul & earn the turnover. Unfortunate handling error when trying to clear = England pickup & Georgia Brock try. Harrison converts

30' WXV 1: England 14-7 USA USA get into good attacking territory after ENG croc-roll PK. Lineout is good & moves to Kelter, who chips over the defense, gathers & just steps & slices into try zone. Hawkins with the conversion

WXV 1: England 14-0 USA 26' USA winning some battles. Eagles stop a driving maul inside 22 & get the turnover. Get out of territory trouble after ENG early push on scrum. USA goes quick & Mataitoga nearly gets through. Game near 50 now

WXV 1: England 14-0 USA 13' England take the restart & decide to run out of own end. Ellie Kildunne tears into space with options outside & works the defense for solo try. Harrison gets the conversion

WXV 1: England 7-0 USA 12' Couple of penalties allow England to kick itself into good position & attack off lineouts. From 5m out, Sarah Bern goes week off LO maul & sets up Lark Atkin-Davies for the try. Zoe Harrison with the sideline conversion
