Originally the Book 3 cover of the Softcover release of Scott Pilgrim (Color Collection) had different cover art of Scott and Ramona which ended up being unused here is the Original sketch of this artwork from someone who bought this artwork.

@DailyLisaMiller Btw this is unrelated to Scott Pilgrim and was made for a story Bryan never made, drawn around 2011 and posted in 2012 but Bryan did describe this character as "an alternate universe Lisa Miller sketch from this other comic concept"

On Oct. 15th, 2016 Bryan Lee O'Malley attended LICAF. During the event, Bryan did a live drawing of Scott with Totoro as a homage to Hayao Miyazaki. This artwork was later sold in an Art auction to help fund future LICAF events.

In 2011 Bryan Lee O'Malley made this drawing for the HeartJapanUK charity auction Bryan describes this as "like the first post-Scott Pilgrim Scott Pilgrim drawing". Here is the final artwork and Wacom sketch of this artwork.
