Megalo finally had representation in Beasts of Bermuda, but they decided to rename it and pretend it’s a totally different species simply because they felt like it. For the first dinosaur ever discovered it sure does seem Megalo is disrespected quite a bit.
Today's warm up. Poor Megalosaurus, it's tough being the first dinosaur described, and have literally everyone else, even your fellow discovered-early English dinos, overshadowing you in popularity.

Isn’t it most logical to assume that dinosaurs had lips? Almost all terrestrial animals today including reptiles have lips, excluding crocs and gators of course.
But on the flip side, a lot of dinosaurs have overbites that’d require a lot of skin to cover the teeth. Thoughts?

Finished watching Camp Cretaceous Season 5 today. I'm in love with it. The ending is genuinely one of the most satisfying conclusions I've ever watched. Each character's arc was ended in the absolute best way possible. Easily the best written characters in the entire franchise 🧵

Finally saw Jurassic World Dominion today. While there were some missed opportunities and particular instances in which I think it could’ve done better, it was overall a very solid movie. It’s easily the best of the JW trilogy. 7/10 overall

JWD extended cut is a massive L so far. Lystro vs Ovi “fight” is played off as a “funny” moment but there’s really nothing funny about it. There’s a difference between spreading awareness on animal cruelty and showing gratuitous animal on animal violence. No wonder they cut this.

The Isle and the JW franchise put a really bad taste in my mouth when it came to T. rex, which sucked bc like many others, Rex was my original favorite dinosaur, before even Carno. That's why I'm so in love with the PP rex. The man singlehandedly made me love the animal again.
