The General Government Committee passed Rep @KevinWestOKRep‘ bill to ban LGBTQ Pride flags on state property. This bill will now have to pass a seconds committee before entering the house floor. Lawmakers pointed out that it is the American Flag that represents all of us. 🇺🇸

I recently had the opportunity and privilege to speak on @NewsNation’s Prime show with Natasha Zouves, covering PFAS (“forever chemicals”) and the disgusting practice of humanure/sludge being used as land fertilizer. NewsNation did a great documentary called Growing Broke that brought awareness to this issue. A special thank you to the voters of HD 32 who proved this issue of humanure is a serious problem, both locally and nationally, thus ensuring the topic is finally getting the attention it deserves. I will continue to fight to protect our land, livelihoods and legacies by championing legislation that will: 1) Ban the use of humanure as fertilizer on Oklahoma farmland 2) Demand studies and a report on how to handle this going forward 3) Reclaim and remediate farmland that has been contaminated with humanure

Plyler was a setback. Illegal immigration has caused chaos in this country. We’ll work with @POTUS to bring law and order back and secure our borders to put America first.

Oklahoma House Bill 1164 (2025): THE PROTECT FAMILIES FROM GOVERNMENT OVERREACH ACT: The bill aims to safeguard the rights of legal guardians and custodial parents of minor children by ensuring the timely restoration of custody and property when criminal charges are resolved favorably. It emphasizes constitutional principles of due process and familial association under the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, addressing potential overreach by child welfare agencies. Key provisions of the bill include: • Custody Restoration: The Department of Human Services (DHS) is required to restore physical custody of children to their parents or guardians under certain circumstances when court orders by a judge. • Record Handling: DHS must return all records related to the child, with exceptions if an ongoing risk exists. • Emergency Motion: If an imminent threat is identified, DHS is directed to file an emergency motion. • Reporting and Compliance: DHS is mandated to submit a report to the Oklahoma Commission for Human Services. Noncompliance may result in audits, penalties, and sanctions. • Civil and Criminal Penalties: The bill allows for civil remedies and criminal penalties against agencies found in violation. • Audits and Reassessments: Federal and state agencies may conduct audits, and courts are authorized to establish timelines for reassessment.

Oklahoma State Representative, @GabeGwoolley files two bills to address the issue of legal immigration in Oklahoma:

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IN OKLAHOMA: The top concern with voters when I was doorknocking was illegal immigration. I have filed two bills to address this issue in response to The People’s requests. OK HB1962 requires E-verification status or applying for a job to check for citizen status. This is a quick and easy citizenship/immigration check, the same as a background check. In a matter of seconds, Oklahoma businesses can verify the immigration status of the applicant to see if they are legally allowed to work in Oklahoma/U.S. This bill was sent to me / is co-authored by State Representative @ShawForOK in response to what his constituents had asked for as well. OK HB1165 requires that citizenship status be recorded to enroll in public schools that are paid for by our tax dollars. This is simply a tracking mechanism to see where our tax dollars are going. It’s the first step in the process, and nothing more than collected the data at this time so The People can decide exactly what they want their public servants/elected officials to do about the numbers we are tracking for tax dollars and illegal immigration via our tax funded schools. Oklahoma News Channel 4 @kfor gets called out for releasing what some are calling an inaccurate & partial story behind the new OK HB1100 bill & its author.

Oklahoma News Channel 4 (kfor) released a story yesterday about OK House Bill 1100, considering a kidnapping felony if a child is kept from their family without any evidence of a crime, proof of abuse, etc. This bill would require the legal standard of “clear & convincing evidence” in order to keep a child away instead of “preponderance” 51% likelyhood (without proof). KFOR News decided to tie in my family’s story to the news segment of this bill, stating that my nephew Elijah’s autopsy report shows he was abused. This is not an accurate or balanced story, as those claims were debunked by top medical experts which lead to the dismissing/dropping of charges against my parents. I have reached out to KFOR News & asked them to run a follow up story citing Dr. Robert Block’s professional medical claims, stating that he found no evidence that Elijah was abused or murdered. Dr. Block is not the only expert that has expressed concerns & disbelief in the medical examiners claims. I explained my reasoning for this request to Oklahoma News Channel 4, and decided that it is my duty as a servant to the people of Oklahoma to request honesty and transparency as a concerned citizen. Perhaps channel 4 doesn’t know about Dr. Blocks report from 2021, so I let them know. I wanted to make this statement publicly and let you know that I have made contact with one of Channel 4’s reporters, who has read my message, but not yet replied (understandably, since the text was sent late at night). As a citizen of Oklahoma, I hope that transparency & balanced reporting can be shown here in an effort to best serve the people. I am sharing this update publicly as the news segment I am refering to is already made public and it seems appropriate to keep the people of Oklahoma updated. Feel free to share this post.
