Should I do a rain effect? I never do it, but I feel like I should with this one.

Here's the WIP! Hair style is referenced from Truitos, but a different panel (he's doing this one rn I believe, cause I got the clean from him ;P) It took a lot of trial and error to get the hair good 😭

@Aerosassain I loved their relationship backstory, but after it and during the NEL, I hated Ness' writing
