Learning two lessons as I read this
1. Holy shit to be resurfacing 5 year old tweets is some damn dedication
2. Always important to fully think through the lens of 'what if I win the game I'm playing?'
Lots of folk play games they don't know about, and wouldn't be happy to win
I learned that you rarely build anything worthwhile that way. The “best” case scenario: you win over other disagreeable people. A few years of this & it becomes the world you live in – surrounded by other belligerent assholes who don’t know or care how to play nice. A cursed life

But then you start trying to show the state of the chain, like when your transaction is "pending" and suddenly feels like the stone age.

So much about building trust in developer communities is about just helping people without any incentives.
ROI is there, but not often measurable. It’s something that makes DevRel so frustrating to track at times.
