My baby goes to the vet Friday morning to get checked out and he needs a name before then! I don't know why this one is so hard to name. Maybe it's because (hopefully) he's my last baby kitten. I'm now thinking Hex, Xander, or Seven.

My cat held the vet clinic hostage for 20 mins after the new vet tech tried to weigh him & he ESCAPED & BOLTED around the room, leaving destruction in his wake, they had to LOCK DOWN & catch him in a NET while he hissed ferociously.

Mac is a rare, very intelligent orange boy. He can open every door in the house if you don't lock it, he can turn on the sink in the kitchen, and he instinctively knows anytime anyone in the house tries to eat a snack without sharing.
Everyone thinks orange cats are mellow/dumb and tortie cats are spicy/reserved. I could be wrong, but my theory about this is that the behaviors have more to do with gender than color. Most orange cats are male and most tortie cats are female.

My baby made it through his procedure. The anesthesia is still affecting him I think, he's just sitting beside me now looking sad. My anxiety isn't over yet, he hasn't eaten anything but a Delectable Squeeze Up & hasn't drank water but vet said it's normal. Still worried.

My cat Mac also bested the vet techs, who swore he was feral (he was not), and were afraid of him and proceeded to vaccinate him by unzipping a little flap a little bit and keeping him in his carrier. His notes say "uncooperative" Lol. Gotta watch out for those orange boys. 😹😹
one time a vet tried to give Sandal a shot. Sandal escaped from the large tech holding him, & then proceeded to run into and OCCUPY the clinic's break room. he refused to let anyone in until i drove from work to get him. the tech simply shook his head & said, "he's very strong."
