I grew up in Manhattan, literally born and raised. And it was great. Living there so so different than visiting. I described my time as a “vertical neighborhood” I knew everyone in our 6 story co-op, on the east side. I rode my bike to Central Park, rode the train and bus to school. I know it’s hard to imagine - but truly, it’s special. When we had days off as kids - we walked into museums for free - you still can as a resident and student. We played ball in all the public parks. We walked from the village to Harlem, we had a blast. Yeah it was sketchy at times, but truly - where isn’t it sketchy? And as a kid growing up in the city you get a certain level of awareness of the human condition and its impacts. So good for you man!

It’s just an exaggerated point. Or he’s surrounded by dumb billionaires. Worth saying that in no way are the ~100 people in the US that could possibly qualify for this ridiculousness and the 2,600 ocean front homes they bought the reason our housing stock sucks and families can’t buy homes. I DO agree with your points however and the larger premise - to a degree. I don’t know if crypto - BTC - has reached the stability required vs other investments. It is assuredly a portfolio requirement- but I don’t know if monies used for long term real estate investments are the same monies applied to BTC. Always nice exchanging ideas with you my friend!

@jeffturner 100% man. I have voicemails going back 7 years of him calling me sweet nicknames and saying he loves me - glad I always called him back and got to spend so many years with him. But I miss him. I wanna hear his voice. Glad I have these voicemails.
