I have a friend new to FGs who really loves Rev2, and he has trouble getting lobby games because everyone leaves when they see him playing his favourite character, Elphelt. This is what character hate memes do, guys. We can do better than this.

Being a Nine player in any beginner setting in BBCF is like being black during the Jim Crow era I swear to god
The BlazBlue community is legitimately the biggest barrier to learning this game, I don't know why that community is so weird but it's like a 50/50 if I'm gonna have an unpleasant experience whenever I look for matches on discord.

This right here. Xrd had so much personality. From the intros, to the IK's, the supers, the music, everything was just so cool. Even if you didn't know ow how to play the game that well, looking at the characters was just so cool. Its what got me into the series

The FGC is about enjoying fighting games. It's not about proclaiming your “identity” for the sake of affirmation/attention. No one cares what you identify as or if ur straight, gay, bi, trans, etc. Our enjoyment of FGs & competitive spirit is what brings us together young & old.
