My mission is to help you take back control of your subconscious mind to create the life of your dreams. You can call me TMR if you see me in a Space! đ§

Why am I really here? Let's Take a Quick Dive into My Story I've been on an interesting journey of self-transformation over the past 5 years, witnessing both my highest highs and lowest lows. During this time, something remarkable unfolded. My lifelong fascination with psychology, an interest I'd occasionally explored, took on a new dimension. As I became increasingly self-aware and openly communicated with myself and others about what I planned to do and who I wanted to become, I unintentionally began the journey of reprogramming my subconscious mind. Once I recognized this was occurring inside me, I decided to harness this power intentionally. As a result, I've managed to sculpt entirely new mindsets and cultivate positive habits I never had before. My mission is to share my take on the profound potential of the subconscious mind with the rest of the world. I aim to help individuals reclaim control of their minds, enabling them to craft the lives they've always dreamt of. Now, this post actually goes against the main purpose of this page. The primary objective here is to share this message and help others, not to seek personal growth or fame through my identity. I firmly believe that this approach is the most authentic and sincere way to contribute to my mission of making a positive impact on the world. I intend for my content and efforts on this platform to stand on their own merit, without relying on my face or personal identity to resonate. Anticipate exploring themes with The Mental Reboot such as: 1. Create new mindsets 2. Achieve financial goals 3. Overcome Anxiety/Depression/OCD Symptoms 4. Break addictions 5. Navigate breakups and losses I am very grateful to everyone who has joined me on this journey And I'm excited to engage with even more of you in the future! Welcome to The Mental Reboot!

John Cena hit the nail on the head. To be able to start with the end in mind like many great minds talk about, consciously deciding your values and beliefs systems is key so you can work backwards. Discovering your subconscious values is necessary to bridge the gap đ§
Define your values and beliefs. It will be an incredible guide on the road forward and a tool to help with reflection.

@AdamAppleXx @DJpowers69 It will probably take a week or so to fully adjust to the new schedule, but it will get easier each week you maintain it In turn you should begin to feel more rested (assuming the rest of your sleep hygiene is in check)

Believe it or not, sleeping too long is also not optimal. I wonder if youâre getting enough rest, but the oversleeping is making you feel tired but not actually allowing you to nap. Most average adult humans need about 8 hours. If you go significantly over or under, you may experience noticeable or unnoticeable negative effects. Very interesting

@AdamAppleXx @DJpowers69 Could indicate decent sleep hygiene or just habitual cognitive processes in general

Basketball (the collection of skills) All you need to do is be better than someone else. Once youâre good enough for someone to want to follow, you can now be a coach. Maybe not a head coach or even an assistant coach, but you can host trainings for elementary students learning how to dribble. Keep refining your basketball skills and you can become more capable of bringing people farther along in their basketball journey. This is the essence of what the learning process and mentor-mentee cycle are founded on. This is how we evolve from a social and technological standpoint as human beings.

@Web4Door @tracy_winki âNot true at allâ implies itâs never possible. I have many examples how it has already happened to myself and others.

@LegacyBuilder__ @JoshMHellman Couldnât agree with this more. Stacking skills and consistency pay off when aimed in the right direction. Once youâre so good, compensation is inevitable. đ§

Unfortunately itâs so hard to find products that are minimally processed that still donât contain at least one key ingredient that is a no-no. So many Organic or non-gmo products that also contain seed oils, thickeners/gums/emulsifiers, added sugars (cane sugar, agave nectar) Hopefully soon, more of that continues to change

@maeology Thatâs how I started, I first joined a bunch of spaces to see who was out there, then I started hosting my own. It helped me then find even more people who are interested in the same types of ideas which then lead me to more spaces like @therapy_bitesâ spaces!
