MSSN might be flawed because they are run by Humans but out rightly asking people not to join is a No!!!
Personally,
MSSN Unibadan helped me a lot academically and spiritually. They also helped a lot of people financially as regards welfare and even school fee ( Al ansar).
If you’re a Muslim lady yet to enter uni, whatever you do, don’t join MSS.
It’s one of those groups that you never understand the consequences until you’re fully in.
This is not to rubbish the society, it’s to point out the very toxic values on which they operate.

A family member once started to call to ask me about Marriage and why I am still single, I told my mum and she asked if there was website to order one from.
He did it again and she asked me to ignore his calls or block him, no one disturbs her kids peace... that’s my rock!!!

My mum has never made me feel bad about being single, I am sure she prays and fasts about it but never for once has she sat me down for any deep talk.

MSSN UNILAG did well for my sister too, I remember when my fam friend she was living with made life unbearable. They gave her a temporary accommodation till it was sorted.
She felt safe reading at the mosque and attended their tutorial, finished diploma that year with 4.86 GPA
