Some say, that Highbeam also has built-in lethal lazer-beams to vaporize coloured drinks that are to near. After seing the dance/show, I was, and still are, completely out of my mind about this suit <3

The BAPPR can step down voltage up to 17v to 5v and actually monitors if you're sending data to your LEDs.
This makes LEDs more efficient, protects against short circuits and if your microcontroller dies or a cable breaks, the LEDs will always turn off.

The LEDs are individually soldered yes, though by machine luckily. I'm using LiFe and I was suiting earlier for a good 2 hours and they've still got plenty of charge

All I can say right now is that all the performers in the dance contest, the crew and the judges are some of the most supportive, caring people you'll meet.
