You’re so much more, darling.
You’re kpomo, leather, oxtail, peppersoup, nkwobi, suya… No Nigerian funeral is complete without you. You’re not a burger love, you’re more. Don’t let anyone tell you you’re a burger.
Watched the video of the guy who got hit by a car while running from the police after ólópá hit him with a gun (and cracked the gun) and when I tell you I’m mad?!?!!
I’m resuming online earlier than normal today, because we must fight to

I still can’t believe a non-indigenous governor of Lagos State and his people managed to convince anybody at all that GRV, a Lagosian, is not Yoruba or Lagosian enough to rule Lagos.
Omooooo
“The forest was shrinking, but the trees kept voting for the axe. For the axe was clever and convinced the trees that because his handle was made of wood, he was one of them."
You people are so used to filters… that’s the only explanation why someone would repeatedly camp under my tweet to try to clown me by saying I’m getting old because I have “wrinkles”.
I’m 30+, I have laugh lines, I don’t see the problem.

How does it feel to never have to worry about money?
It’s something I’ve always wanted to ask rich kids.
How does it feel to dream about things and never have to think about the financial implications of making it happen? Because you know you’re covered?
Protect twitter at all cost!!! Protect our Social Media. This is the unity they don’t want, this is the unity we need!! We are our own media

The longer this protest goes, the more they hate us. We’re showing them how incompetent they’ve been, how much we can walk our talk. See what we’ve achieved so far. If we stop now, the oppression no go be here o. So let’s continue de

One thing I’m taking from this protest sha, is how self-sufficient these crop of Nigerians are.
You took everything from our parents and taught us to not look to the government for ANYTHING! Not power, not water, nothing. You raised a generation of Nigerians who do not need you
Nigeria is funny because, the citizens have moved on from expecting the government to make their lives easier, to making their lives easier for themselves while making some money. But the govt no de gree. I’ve never seen a govt who seems to hates the citizens’ comfort like this
I remember when I used to put my roles in my bio… Kiki from Jenifa’s Diary, Chika from Fine Girl… glad I no longer have that luxury and being an actress is just a single feather on my hat.
I love progress. ❤️
I hope to one day, write a book called How To Make It In Life Without Kissing Ass: A guide to making it, for the brilliant introvert who hates networking.
I just hope it won’t be 250 blank pages.
For the first time in a long time, I truly believe that Nigeria will be great again. I’ve never been more optimistic that we can get our power back. We did that! We can! We’re doing this darn thing!

If we see a SARS official on the street after today, are we allowed to tell them they are rogue and not fear getting harassed or losing our lives? This is the real change we’re demanding.
A ban beyond a press release.

I just realized what bothered me the most about this particular thing… 1993 isn’t 1973 or even 1983, it’s just hitting 30 years this year. It’s not that long ago.
This book taught me so much growing up. I spent many hours in my father’s room, just reading this and soaking information. It’s also the reason drugs for me are a last resort, because there’s usually always another solution.
