I am a 1/4 🇺🇦 Jew. When I have time, I track NATO air traffic in the European theater. I work odd hours, so I am not always monitoring, but try to publish visualizations regularly. I volunteered in 🇺🇦 twice, plan to return soon. Some of my photos from 🇺🇦 are in the 🧵👇
A few photos from Izium in October. After torturing and killing residents, they would be buried in this mass grave found in the forest. More than 500 remains were recovered and properly laid to rest. About 50 came from this apartment building that was targeted by a missile.

@Buckldbuttercup @Harri_Est It’s an uphill battery. The first few folks that stood up to known and verifiable Russian assets became quick and easy heroes. That format has been followed multiple times; against both genuine adversaries, and invented adversaries so the ones who call to arms can become heroes.

@Buckldbuttercup @Harri_Est Sadly, my own reach has been immensely repressed by those who manipulate the algorithm to prevent people like myself who call out disinformation from having an audience. When Elon erects a barrier to information, shouting at a wall becomes painfully unhelpful.

@Buckldbuttercup Bad actors’ ability to organize amongst themselves to vouch for each other and reinforce lies is the issue. When “legitimate” orgs vouch for questionable ones, they are elevated and get unearned clout. I wanted to speak with @harri_est about this, but he’s ghosting me again.
