@The_Oodie I placed an order on 18/11/23 and got a dispatch email on 21/11/23 but Royal Mail tracking is showing as “we’re expecting it”? I haven’t had any emails about you running behind on order dispatch either so not sure my order is caught up in that?

Working with Typescript and CDK? Using the NodejsFunction construct for your Lambda Functions? Install esbuild as a dependency so when running 'cdk deploy' bundling doesn't rely on the Docker daemon. #AWS #serverless #CDK #lambda #awscommunity

On Twitter/X and not following @benjamenpyle ? Then you’re doing it wrong. There’s a direct correlation between following Benjamen and learning a ton of cool and useful stuff #truestory

PSA: It’s ok to take a break! Working and living in the software engineering sphere, it’s far too easy to fall into the trap of “must keep going”, oftentimes without even realising it. This can happen in many different forms. It’s not just limited to doing loads of extra hours at your day job. Trying to keep up with all the new toys we get to play with, especially at this time of year, can be quite taxing. Always wanting to stay up to date while trying to balance work and your personal life is something that can quickly become unsustainable. Everyone is guilty of trying to do too much at one point or another, it comes with the territory of working in an industry you’re passionate about. That shiny new method that speeds up your processing by 300ms will still be there tomorrow or next week. The world won’t end if you’re not the first to play with it. Take care of yourself, you big nerd
