My cousin is in 4th year of BTech in NIT and the placement is not happening much but few companies came to hire and they hired only girls.
So he called me yesterday and was asking that none of the guys are getting selected and what’s this diversity hiring?
Should I tell him?
Referred 50+ people for the internship role.⚡️
It took 2+ hrs and also my hand is not working now.😂
Still if someone wants to be referred. Do DM me.
Btw the job posting in the below tweet is expired and new position got opened later so I referred to that.

Knowing DSA using JavaScript is needed if you’re a JavaScript developer.
Interviewer will not expect you to write code in Java when the hiring is for JavaScript developer.
When you join a company as a Fresher you can be put into any of the projects such as QA, Support, IMS, Mainframe, etc.
Only few lucky people get projects in Core cloud tech, Frontend dev using latest lib/framework, Backend etc.
Today marks my 6 years in the IT industry.😇
From not liking to code to writing my first Hello World program in Java after college to getting my first job as a Software Test Engineer and lastly working as a Frontend developer. It was one hell of a ride.
To all the guys who passed out this year or last year.👇
Sooner or later you’ll get a job. Just keep learning and applying.⚡️
Also don’t just aim for the big tech in starting.
Getting a job should be the priority.
When you start working:
- It becomes harder to manage time to upskill
- Most of the time goes in doing work or fixing issues related to it
- Some of the time goes in managing finances and saving taxes
- And then you need some time to enjoy your life
Even for me it was harder ⬇️
> Coming from a Tier3 college with less knowledge in programming
> Starting as a QA and moving to Development
> Working in a small company to moving to Fortune 1 company
Nothing was easy. I worked my ass off for what I have right now. If I can do it, you can do it too.💪
✅Must know JavaScript concepts before going for the interview:
➤ let, const and var difference
➤ setTimeout and setInterval
➤ Placement of JS file in head and body
➤ Closure
➤ Functional Programming (Pure Function)

Bruce Lee once said.
'Don't speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke.
Your body doesn't know the difference.
Words are energy and cast spells, that's why it's called spelling.
Change the way you speak about yourself and you can change your life.'⚡
Good Morning🧘
So many freshers asked me what to do that they're not getting a job even after cracking the interviews and the reason is that the company is not ready to pay even 4-5 LPA for on-site jobs in Bangalore.
I know it can be really frustrating for you guys but be patient and keep

Everyone is getting married in my friend circle too and I have been attending the wedding since last 3 years and till the next year most of my close friends will be married only.
Wedding fever chhaya hai charo taraf.😂

Learning soft skills is comparatively easier than tech skills, if one is good enough in tech and a bit in soft skills by which they can manage then that's really good and they can keep enhancing their soft skills while on the job.
1. Having strong technical skills
Competition has increased a lot in Software field, so you must become good at Programming and Problem Solving. Big companies mostly look for DSA skills while hiring but startups focuses on the Development skill.
Use your money to

There was a time when everyone told me that I can’t switch from QA to Dev profile as my experience won’t count and I won’t get a interview call also.
But I did it finally.⚡️
Later, few of those people asked me on how to switch profile later, I guided them and they also did it.
Accidentally pushed 17000+ line changes in my raised PR while resolving conflicts.🥲
Conclusion: Fuck up happens no matter how much experienced you are.
If you continue to wait for the right time you’ll waste your entire life and nothing will happen.
So start taking actions now rather than leaving it for tomorrow.
2. Projects, Internships and Extracurricular activities
Having some good projects in your resume does help and shows that you know your stuff and make you stand out in the interview.
If you have done internship and participated in some Hackathon, it also works as a plus point.

One of my colleagues is from IGDTUW and she said that Microsoft is a mass recruiter there but I guess they don’t give dev roles, I might be wrong.
3. Communication
Yes, we all know that how much is communication important in every field and like that being good in communicating in English is must so that we can communicate with people worldwide. You don’t have to be expert though.
I believe that these points gonna help you in your job hunt. Also market is in bad shape right now and companies are hiring less but this will be over soon. Until then keep sharpening your skills, make projects, try freelancing, etc. You can reach out to me if you need any help.
