@airindia No one reached out. Baggage was broken and I myself along with the owner of the hotel I was staying at had to get in touch and meet the courier. @AirIndia is one of the worst airlines in the world. #DontTravelAirIndia. Videos of the AI team lying about compensation.

@airindia Whilst begging for a PIR I have been shouted at by the baggage team and a manager had to take him away. A crowd gathered as he became very aggressive shouting at the top of his voice. I have proof of the consistent lying and aggressive behaviour of the team @AirIndia. #AirIndia
