@techsportsmark @chamath @thesudhirgautam Yeah. Jurisdiction is based on the location of the defendant. So if your office is in Miami. Then they cannot bring you to court in Tampa. Now, if you open a Tampa office, yes they can. Again, lots of caveats. But that’s the basic answer.
