Thursday I went to check on them. For the first time in 45 years not a single duck was on the creek or anywhere in the park.

Federal law prohibits merit hiring. There are protected classes that must receive preferences in such a consideration. Mass layoffs by alternate social security number avoids all of that and is within the power of the President.

I raised my step-son who has a non-verbal processing disorder, intellectual disability, and ADHD/inattentive sub-type. He learned how to behave in public the same as my eight born kids. Having fun is great but I raised kids to live the majority of their lives as adults.

The problem with "regular housing" is that most of the current homeless are unable to live independently even if free housing is provided. They need significant supportive services they may or may not want regardless of need.
Volunteers at homeless shelters testify to this.
