Regarding the election: Jim Henson's Muppet characters were of all different species & sizes & shapes & colors. They lived different lives and their personalities often clashed. Yet, they eventually accepted each other's  flaws as they worked together for the good of the show.

This is a video by Bill Barretta who sent it to me this morning. He's been with The Muppets for about 30 years. Although the bear in the video is not a Muppet. It's his own character, Billy is brilliant and this is so well done I just wanted to share it.
