Why on earth did ITV say that Olise needs to 'read the room' when hit on the head by a bottle and reacted to the racist abuse he was getting? Absolutely horrific response. Such things must be called out.
🗣️ "I would love to finish my career here, whenever that is. This is the club I love and it will always have a special place in my heart." - James McArthur

To those moaning and whining about the
#CPFC
support, you just don't get it and never will. Try it for yourselves. Bring an atmosphere back to English football. You never know, you might just enjoy it. We'll carry on doing what we do, support our team and bloody enjoy it.
The accusations directed at
@HLTCO
by a certain journalist from a large corporation are very difficult to stomach. Having worked with Dan on projects in the past, he is an good honest guy who is only guilty of making a success of a football fan site.
Not many loan players buy into the whole ethos of a club and their supporters but the passion this guy shows both during and after a game is something quite special
#CPFC
🗣️ "This club means the world to me. I can talk for days, and when I try and speak in front of the fans or the players, it's tough because they mean the world to me. Words can't really describe how I feel about this club." - James McArthur
#CPFC
Jordan Ayew has become the first Crystal Palace striker (can we call him that?) to score from open play in the Premier League since 30th January last year
#cpfc
🙏 A Roy Hodgson and Ray Lewington appreciation post. They didn't have to return, but they did and what a wonderful job they did too. Forever a part of our club.
#CPFC
🗣️ "I must say that it is not my work alone. Patrick Vieira started this season off and he won games and got points for the team as well. Between the two of us, we've put the club in the position it wants to be in and the future looks very bright." - Roy Hodgson
#CPFC
We've enjoyed some great loan signings at
#CPFC
with Ashley Cole and Ruben Loftus-Cheek topping the list - then came Conor Gallagher. The impact he has had since arriving under Patrick Vieira cannot be understated. His call up to the full England squad is fully deserved.
One of the best defenders we have witnessed play for
#CPFC
, if not THE best. Calm and comfortable with and without the ball and tough in the tackle. Shame
@CraigMoore_18
didn't get to stay in South London longer but really made an impression on a number of fans.
"We owe an amazing debt to our fans. I don't know how they got there with the train problems, I thought we were playing at home for large periods of the game. We owe them a great debt of gratitude and we hope we can reward them by winning our quarter-final." Roy Hodgson
#CPFC
Spare a thought for all the Brighton fans watching, who have been celebrating Palace score more goals in 45 minutes than their own team have in the past seven league games
#cpfc
😂
You can scapegoat Benteke, you can scapegoat Hennessey, you can scapegoat Hodgson all you like but the was a bloody good effort against a bloody good side. Disappointing result, yes. All faith lost, no chance. We show that fight and we have a chance. Believe
#CPFC
Roy has had his critics even while Palace boss but he's provided some much needed stability and is actually doing a decent job. Fits at the club like he did at West Brom and Fulham. A true gentleman as well.
#CPFC
🗣️ "It's brilliant. I'm absolutely buzzing to be out there and to be getting a win, making a couple of saves. It felt good. Vicente has really looked after me this season and helped me. Whoever plays gets the full support of the other one." - Sam Johnstone
#CPFC
Such ridiculous skill, another level above the rest of the Palace side at the time. He was that good in such a short spell at the club. Not many players can create such an impact in that number of games but Lombardo managed it.
#CPFC
These guys don't just turn up on match days, they do far more than that and this latest display goes to show just how much effort goes into them. Well done again, lads 👏
#CPFC
🗣️ "To play in the Premier League is every player's dream, and to do it for so long at Crystal Palace has been a privilege for me. I hope that I have made you all proud." - Luka Milivojevic
#CPFC
🙏 A Luka Milivojevic appreciation post. Another player who has given his all for the club, worn the captains armband and scored plenty of important goals. Thanks for the memories, Luka.
#CPFC
A perfect afternoon capped off by Luka Milivojevic handing penalty duty to Christian Benteke with the crowd singing the strikers name. A quite emotional moment. This club is bloody beautiful ❤💙
#CPFC
If fans of other clubs still don't get or understand what Wilfried Zaha means to Crystal Palace Football Club and vice versa after today, then they never ever will
#CPFC
Nine seasons in the Premier League for Crystal Palace Football Club. Hard to imagine this is where we'd be when that final whistle blew at Wembley on 27 May 2013.
Up the Palace!
Don't underestimate how important the penalty straight after half-time was.
For Luka to put that away after having a spot kick saved by the same keeper last season was a display of God-like mental strength.
Oh captain, my captain.
Have a thought for the players tomorrow, one of their security who accompanied them everywhere and did a lot of organising for them suddenly passed away yesterday. Our thoughts are with friends, family and the players of course who have to get down to business.
#CPFC
💔
Two things.
1. McArthur was down holding his head and the game wasn't stopped ahead of Liverpool winning the penalty before taking the lead. It was when Fabinho and Wijnaldum did.
2. Van Dijk push on Schlupp in build up to their winner is no different to Ayew on Lovren.
😴 Media agenda against Wilfried Zaha continues. There's no calling out of players like Eden Hazard who are deemed as 'clever'. Zaha gets kicked from start to finish of every game and never gets any protection from officials. Roy has spoken perfect sense, shame others don't
#CPFC
🗣️ "I'm happy I've enjoyed it so much, and Ray has too. We've enjoyed working with Paddy and Dean again. It's been a really pleasant time and luckily we can look back on it as well as a successful time, because we came in to make sure we didn't sink further." - Roy Hodgson
#CPFC
🗣️ "Nathan and I did a lot of rehab together. He is such a nice lad. I really believe he can have a big future at this club. He has all the attributes to be a top player. He is coming into a stage where he is staying fit, starting to play some game." - James McArthur
#CPFC
Palace become the first team to win at the Etihad in the Premier League since Manchester United in April. It's also our first win at City since 1990.
Palace's best ever Premier League result? I should think so.
Remember Lewis Dunk running all the way along the Arthur celebrating? Anthony Knockhart giving it all the big I am on social media afterwards. Yeah, we do too. Karma has moved into the Amex and is ready for its next trick.... 😎
Congratulations to Brighton, who have stayed in the Premier League by virtue of being so very bad that they've had to resort to supporting their biggest rivals to keep them up.
Keep minding that gap 😘
Just leaving this here as there was football before the Premier League was created. Palace finished third in the 1990/91 season when English clubs were banned from Europe, thanks to Liverpool. Typical Palace.
#CPFC
Seeing as our Wilf of getting so much shit on social media at the moment for absolutely no reason, we thought it was time for an appreciation tweet
🎶 He's just too good for you...
So very weird watching Aaron Wan Bissaka make his debut for Manchester United this afternoon. Having said that, there was an odd sense or pride seeing him put in such a good peformance doing what we know he can do even if it was for another club. Still hurts though.
No matter what Roy has said in recent weeks, his comments today really strike a cord with a lot of people. Complete frustration at what our game has become, and for someone who's been in the game for a long time to say he won't miss it is very sad indeed.

"When I do step away from the game I won't be missing anything"
"It's sad to watch games like that"
"I don't feel positive, I'm just gutted"

Since the restart, former Chelsea centre back Gary Cahill has had more shots on target than any other Palace player, registering three of their seven attempts on goal.
#CPFC
On Wednesday evening up at Anfield, Martin Atkinson is the referee, Mike Dean is the fourth official and Andre Marriner is the VAR. Some would say that is overkill ...
#CPFC
Apparently Man City still haven't left Selhurst Park because Leroy Sane has gone missing.
Early rumours suggest Fosu-Mensah drove home and forgot to take him out of his back pocket 🙈
#cpfc
👏 How about these two gentlemen? Overseen 4 wins in 6 games and a draw to get Palace to the 40 point mark. There was a stage that looked some way off.
#CPFC
Zaha was absolutely pivotal for both goals. Just as it looked like the game was beyond us, he upped his game and singlehandedly dragged the team with him.
On a night when one of our greats made his 400th appearance, Wilf showed why he should also be classed in that bracket
#cpfc
Don't care how badly Benteke needs a goal - Luka is our penalty taker.
Surely a senior player has to step in there and remind Benteke of that? Completely undoes Zaha's hard work to win the spot kick and costs us two points in the process. Farcical.
🗣️ "This was a good day. They won't be good days forever. If I was a younger, less cynical person I might be enjoying it more than I am because have an eye that we aren't clear. I have to make certain the good things we did today we reproduce." - Roy Hodgson
#CPFC
🗣️ "A lot of information was given at half time. Making runs in behind, having more energy and winning the second ball. We took on the information well and it worked for us. I'm enjoying it. I'm still learning and growing into the central role." - Eberechi Eze
#CPFC
Here's an idea - the club meet the HF to talk face to face to discuss a resolution rather than rumours that turn into statements that simply increase the frustration across the fan base. Let's all be clear, the atmosphere has suffered and we want it back. Get it sorted 👍
#CPFC
🗣️ "We talked before the game, Wilf was the designated taker. They [Eze and Zaha] were talking after Wilf had taken the knock and that had injured him to some extent. He made a sensible decision as we have got several good penalty takers at the club." - Roy Hodgson
#CPFC
🗣️ "People don't realise what sort of club it is, about the people that work within it and about the supporters. And at the time, the players that were around, considering we were under the cosh a bit. It was a real pleasure to be there." - Paul Hart
#CPFC
The next two
#CPFC
game are on PPV - versus Fulham and Wolves - so we have taken the difficult decision here at TEB not to build up to either game like we normally do across our platforms other than our chat with the opposition. No match preview, no matchday build up.
#BoycottPPV
🗣️ "The result just leaves a really bitter taste in our mouths. If it takes five minutes to make a decision, that tells you everything you need to know."
- Paddy McCarthy

There's a guy out there than many
#CPFC
fans still look up to. He was the first manager that they ever knew and took the club through some of their most successful seasons ever. The word legend gets thrown around for players a lot but Steve Coppell is exactly that for us.
