Tel simply wouldn't do better, he is not a 9, he has never been one, Choupo has a different role on the pitch than attacking spaces. He serves as a pivot. Is he the best 9 in the world? no but he is definetly better than Tel and has proved it

Vlahovic has good finishing, a good range of finishing, pace and placement. He is a classic number 9. With the work on our wingers and Kimmich higher on the pitch he will score a lot of goals. He can improve his heading game but let's not pretend it would be a bad signing

Müller understands football on the most basic level and Pavlovic too. His movement on the goal is what Kimmich is not able to do today. He is conservative in his positionning but can bring himself in the box. Mazraoui is such a gem too.

Using Kimmich as the defensive one in a midfield is unoptimal imo. Idealy, Bayern would align in 4-3-3
