The story I tell is that of a friend that was 18 at the time that got into a fight at a backyard party with a man in his late 20s to early 30s with muscular build that outweighed my friend by 30 or 40 pounds. My friend made the state championships every year he wrestled in high school. My friend just wore him down with throws and holds and then ground and pound then his fists then his legs. Beat him to a pulp. Laid him out on his back and couldn't get up on his own. Never seen anything like it in person. Years of training and conditioning.
