@ollymurs Olly, I’m not gonna lie I’m not a true fan BUT “Oh My Goodness” is a must when the heavy weight of cancer 💩 is weighing in my mind…… it’s like a happy opioid 😁and I FREEKIN LOVE IT dude. Thanks Big C

Day 2 since my operation, arm is tight like a banjo string and pain….. well you can only guess, thank you to @OUHospitals , thanks to everyone on the trauma ward especially Frankie. Let’s see how we progress #lovingthenhs

Um, at Christmas I was diagnosed with polymyalgia rumatica a side effect from post cancer so I was put on prednisalone steroids But their side effects are brittle bones and thus I’ve broken 😞 my elbow off. Cancer is savage and effects you for the rest of your life #stillliving

Can’t say enough good stuff about @orthofabioman , while working for @bjjeditor at @uclh this QUALITY surgeon replaced my knee which has CHANGED MY LIFE but this isn’t his best quality…. his best is being a terrific human being and a friend for the rest of my life 🙌🙌🫡
