My routine to improve at RL:
- open rocket league
- get warmed up in freeplay
- play a game of ranked (lose but its ok, youre still motivated)
- lose another game
- and another
- tilt
- exit rocket league
- cry
- reconsider life choices
(Repeat this until death)
