You haven’t even understood what I’m saying. Am not talking about frequency of changing filters, am talking about cost. If your yearly changeable parts are costlier than the new product, what’s the point of changing it? #KentRO @KentROSystems
@ThatsVinesh We would like to inform you that the spare parts and filters life depends on machine usage and water quality of your area also if parts spare parts got replace those have gone through the quality check so those are eligible for a warranty of 90 days. (2/3)

Hi! @KentROSystems Just called technician for service from your service center. He tells me that he has to change filters & it will cost me ₹7000+ What’s the point of changing filters & AMC when I am getting new purifiers from brands like Aquaguard for ₹7500? #KentRO
