The Ducks secondary becomes more intriguing by the day. This is the 3rd veteran addition to the Oregon DB group. My initial feelings are nickel, but his versatility could see him play anywhere.
BREAKING: Former Tulane and Ole Miss DB Jadon Canady has Committed to Oregon, he tells @On3sports The 5’11 185 DB totaled 115 Tackles, 17 PD, & 2 INT in his college career thus far 1 year of eligibility remaining

Ducks have had back to back Joe Moore award finalists but the best may be ahead for Oregon on the OL. The Ducks are in the Top 6 for Jackson Cantwell and now the Top 3 (leading the way) for Immanuel Iheanacho. Cantwell and Iheanacho are the #1 and #2 overall players in '26.
Five-Star Plus+ OT Immanuel Iheanacho talks about his recruitment and a potential official visit, via @SWiltfong_‼️ “Leader is still Oregon. Oregon, Georgia and Penn State. Those are my leaders.” Read:

Big loss on the Ducks coaching staff. The Cowboys came knocking on Oregon's door not once, but twice. Under Adams leadership, WR development and recruiting has been at an all time high, need to keep the standard high in Eugene.
The #Cowboys are expected to hire Oregon’s Junior Adams as their new wide receivers coach, sources tell @CBSSports/@247Sports. Adams, who has also been Oregon’s co-OC, has coached receivers like Tez Johnson, Evan Stewart and Troy Franklin at Oregon. (@toddarcher 1st).

Oregon voluntarily moving on from a series against an in-state G6 rival that the Ducks will win 19 times out of 20 that means a lot to the people in the state doesn't make a whole lot of sense from the Ducks perspective. If anybody moves on, it's the Beavs.
Oregon should discontinue their annual rivarly with Oregon State One of the harshest realities of life is that things change as time passes. Things changed due to conference realignment. Oregon has played Washington State going all the way back to 1894 and has a 37-12 record against Oregon State since 1975. If Oregon continues to play Oregon State every year, they (along with WA vs WSU) would be the only Power Four school in the country that have a G5(soon to be G6) school as a rivarly that is played every year. Not to come across as harsh in word use, but that is a tad JVish. Both parties need to come to the realization that Oregon is now a national program in the Big Ten and Oregon State got relegated to the G level conferences. By continuing this rivarly, Oregon is just having a tag along rivarly that doesn't have any real meaning anymore on the national stage or even within the Big Ten. It's not a game, moving forward, that fans of Big Ten games will take seriously as a game result because of the relegated nature of Oregon State's football program. I know there are conversations, as seen the in article attached, that Oregon and Oregon State are talking about a multi-year agreement. Doing this would be a mistake. It's a bad perception game for Oregon. If a day comes in the future that Oregon loses this game, it will damage their perception nationally and within the Big Ten. "You lost to a G5/6 school. You aren't any good." would be the prevailing perception. There has already been an admitance that this old rivarly will no longer be played when it was throughout its history. It would be a bad perceptual mistake by Oregon to sign future games with Oregon State.

Leavin' 'em in the dust. Oregon signs high quality players and only high quality players. Spring practice, and the competition between all these great players, is going to be very fun to follow. 🔥🦆 Via @On3sports
