Israel and Palestine Peace Plan Proposal: Consolidated Two State Solution Proposal: Immediately release all Israeli hostages. Palestinians sign Abraham Accords and Palestine and Israel recognize each other and enter a mutual release of claims. Withdraw of Palestine of ICJ and ICC claims. Palestine becomes a demilitarized protectorate state of U.S. and either all Palestinians granted U.S. national status, but not citizenship, like Samoa, or Treaty with U.S. that includes visa-free travel and work visas for Palestinian professionals to the U.S. Palestinians lease Gaza to U.S. for 20 years to rebuild and develop Gaza with it reverting back to Palestinians after 20 years. U.S. will completely rebuild, clean up, and develop Gaza, including a port and airport. U.S. and Palestinians split the natural resources profits of over 500 billion 50/50, with U.S. providing 250 Billion up front to the Palestinians in an asset based loan paid off with gas sales to develop a Palestinian sovereign wealth fund and State. Palestinians will also receive a TBD lease payment every year for 20 years, and percentage of customs, tariffs, and duties fees. U.S. allows 250 K Palestinians to stay and then allow a quota of 50 K a year for 20 years to return each year. The rest will move to West Bank so they stay in Palestine. U.S. grants Palestinians sovereignty of at least 90% of West Bank and a Captial in a United and shared East Jerusalem, and guarantees security from Israel. Some settlers will have option to become Palestinian citizens with equal rights, or be compensated to leave. With respect to Jerusalem, it will be an undivided capital of Israel and Palestine. Palestinians are to be given unrestricted access to Jerusalem, and the Jerusalem airport will be reopened for Palestinian use. All check points from West Bank to Jerusalem will be removed, and the security fence will be altered to exclude preventing access to Jerusalem. Removal from Terrorist list and Palestinian resistance fighters granted amnesty and residency in West Bank. Leaders exiled to Qatar, Turkey, Egypt, or Jordan. Gaza demilitarized. Free trade Agreement between U.S. and Palestine. Release of all Palestinian prisoners held by Israel, with the seriously charged exiled and the rest released into West Bank. To add incentive to Israel Gulf and Arab states will create a 50 billion dollar fund to compensate Israel and Israelis that were displaced from Arab lands, and Palestinians will pay to settle all outstanding claims to family of victims of terror attacks up to a cap. Release of right of return into Israel. Free Trade Agreement between Israel and Palestine. Israel and USA will have joint responsibility for security and borders of the entire area, including Jerusalem, with Palestinians contribution to a proportional and reasonable amount towards the cost. Palestine cannot enter into agreements or treaties with enemies of Israel, or take foreign policy actions adverse to Israel. The Western Wall will be under exclusive sovereignty of Israel. Israel gets a Free Trade Agreement with U.S
