We are still waiting on some equipment but it is really coming together. We are lifting outside for a couple weeks to stay even farther apart but with 7,500 sq feet we should be able to distance in here as well.

Football workouts are back at AJ Rickard Stadium. Great first day of work and organization. Thankfully mother nature took it easy on the boys and ended things after 1 hour. IT WAS HOT! We have a lot of work to do but we are JACKED and ready for whats next!!!

74 kids working hard during P2 today. We have kids from all 8 fall sports getting great in-season workouts. Although we modify game day workouts our kids generally get 10-15% stronger each semester. Those 8 sports are 55-5 this fall in the NCC frosh-varsity!

Week 1 in the books for the Raiders. The kids have been AWESOME! Things are very different for us coaches, but in four days the kids already have a new routine and they get it. It is HOT! and workouts are HARD! ... and they love it! And they love being part of a team again!

Yes we provide 8oz of chocolate milk to kids after working out in class. Kids pay $25 per 18 weeks and we give them milk 4 days per week (.35 per) Some athletes double up for 16oz $50. The fridge was was paid for from a NFL/Colts play 60 grant a few years back.

I took a coaching class in college from the head basketball coach at Hanover, Dr. Beitzel in 1992. He told all the would be basketball coaches "never let them see you shoot. When you miss they will lose all respect for you" Luckily these guys coach football

We've had a great 1st few days. 151 kids (98 Varsity,53 Frosh) Putting in work! Tomorrow we will take a day off to honor the great spring our HHS guys had. Sectional Champs in Baseball, Track, & 2nd in Golf. Next Monday we will be back at it!

We (TSC) has pushed back Phase 1 for one week, to July 27th. We have plenty to keep us busy while we get back into playing shape. One more week of 8 man lifting pods outside. One more week of getting better. We can do that!

Due to some very hot surface temps in June we weren't able to have any tough guy Tuesday's on the turf in June. Today we finally were able to get after it a little bit with 110 guys and our effort was much better! 🏃🏋️♂️🏃♂️🏋️♀️ only 87 degrees today😜

We had a really good effort from the 102 7th & 8th graders at Strength & Speed camp learning some basics in the weight room. Today was a lot of instruction and fundamentals. In the coming weeks we will introduce more olympic lifts and speed work.

Very good first day! Numbers for a day 1 workout are a new record. It was hard, but the weather cooperated. Solid leadership from the vets, but the young guys impressed big time! No freshman pulled out, and they competed well with the old guys.

Sometimes i hear, "Kids just dont know how to work anymore." We had over 100 putting work in before the sun came up. And 500+ more coming in later today. BTW i remember how things were 20-30 years ago. No strength coaches, gyms were tiny and dingy. We are in a better place now!
