We’re immensely proud to share that @KarinHeri , our Country Director for Sweden, has received a 2025 Diversity Index Award! 🏆 This prestigious award recognizes individuals and organizations in Sweden that demonstrate impact and innovation in the pursuit of diversity, inclusivity, and acceptance. Karin was recognized for her efforts at @TentOrg mobilizing major employers across the country to address the structural barriers refugees face when trying to enter the labor market and help them connect to jobs. This work is more crucial than ever, as Sweden is currently hosting approximately 280,000 refugees, so many of whom are struggling to find employment – despite companies across numerous sectors struggling to fill open roles.
