Blackout by Scorpions is so special because there are virtually non-stop guitar leads.
Even mid-verse, the dual-lead breaks, that go back and forth throughout are incredible.
The only other album that springs to mind with this is “Girlfriend” by Mathew Sweet.

I heard Dimebag didn’t know scales. He harmonized notes by moving up the fretboard 3 frets, same string.
If any note didn’t sound right, he’d go up 4 frets for that one note. Once you have the notes, play them in any position. 🤯
