no but my mom once caught me purging but i just said it's acid reflux so then she made me go to a nutritionist and they determined that i should be gluten free, so now i've been gluten free for 6 months without any actual reason

my sister works a physical job, is super tall (170-180cm), healthy weight, goes to the gym and avarages around 30 000 steps a day maintains at 3000 kcal, so that would be a 1800 kcal defecit for her meanwhile to most of you that big of a defecit would mean not eating at all
