Attention to anyone out there having problems with contacting Coinbase all of the responses on X platform including those private messages directly to Coinbase are ALL AI generated you cannot get in touch with a Live Person at this beast of a company. Is this the future of big company customer support?

Coinbase still giving me the runaround been over 3 months!! latest response from 1/26 Thank you for providing information. We’ll need to escalate your query for further investigation and assistance. With this, I went ahead and created a support case (xxxxxxx) on your behalf. I have transferred the case to our specialists for review to address the issue. You should receive an acknowledgement email from us shortly that is the start of your email thread with the specialty team assigned to your case. @CoinbaseSupport I need help in getting a live person at Coinbase. My father passed away last March and we opened a Coinbase acct together years before. I have tried multiple times to resolve this but I cannot get a LIVE person to help with transferring his account to me. Last November is the last time I spoke to a live Coinbase representative. The representative confirmed I had sent in all the necessary documentation to make the transfer to my acct. She said I would receive an email from Coinbase regarding the transfer of funds. Since this time, I have been locked out of his Coinbase account and I have not received any emails or phone calls from Coinbase. Since the beginning of December, I have called Coinbase daily at 1 (888) 908-7930 and I receive an automated voicemail message with options to go online to get support or speak with an agent. When I go to the online options, I go in circles and I am completely frustrated with this process as I want to speak to a live person to transfer my father's account. I sent a certified a letter to Coinbase last December and no response has been made by them. Can anyone suggest how to get a Coinbase live person or help me resolve my issue?
