- wage isn’t livable
- no support from school board
- parents who work against them
- unrealistic expectations
- unlivable work hours

School Admin across the US are having to make incredibly difficult and complicated decisions.
Decisions that will inevitably make at least 50% of their staff/students/families upset.
The emotional toll of being an administrator is unbelievable, show some love to an admin today.

Professional athletes will get tested multiple times a week to ensure that their sports are safe.
Educators aren't guaranteed any tests for them or their students. They must put 15-30 kids in a room & "make it work"

And shadow during that day the principal, teachers, cafeteria, arts, nurse, librarian, etc.

Well they’re HERE!!!
Liam Charles came into the world at 4:52am & weighed 5lbs 1 oz & was 17.5 inches long.
Next came Brixton Lee at 4:53am & weighed 6lbs 2 oz & was 19 inches long.
Boys (& mama) are doing great!! Both boys already passed their hearing test!

At 4:49pm my mom (Sally Rost) went to be with Jesus. My brother and our wives were by her side. The moment she heard me tell her we were there, she let go. Thank you for your love during this time. Her smile, laugh, and passion will never be forgotten. We love you mom.
