Morning WHT, NA19 document (nursing assessment) will soon be changing to reflect a high Waterlow score of 10+. Amendments will be page 7 therefore any patients scoring 10+ on Waterlow will require a Pressure Ulcer Prevention booklet 👍

The WHT TVN's have a combined total of 60yrs NHS service. They were redeployed in the pandemic and were overwhelmed by the support and comradery from the ward staff. They enjoyed undertaking direct patient care and it reminded them why they chose a career in nursing. #IND2021
