@mehetashum I hope she refuses. God knows what a terrible emotional and social dilemma she must be in. But if she was my daughter I would literally drag her away from a people who first married her by fraud and now want her to give up a kidney. May Allah ease her affairs.

@mehetashum No one should be forced into this. When survival chance is also meek why should the wife give up her organ and end up widow + with one kidney. Did they tell about the health issue before marriage?
