Something that I love about the Haven Trooper's helmet design is how much it resembles the form of a "Beast" or a "Wolf" which it goes quite well with the "Beauty and the Beast" vibes that the Elite units has in MGS4.
Only downside is... they are very difficult to draw >->;

And you are ignoring the fact that these games are like 2, 3 years old compared to Infinite, and during their time, they REALLY got roasted by everyone in the internet, nobody complains about 76 or Anthem right now because the horse is already dead and buried 10 feet down.
