@airindia I have waited patiently. Again the same response - I informed you of the medical condition and inability to travel at least two days before both flights. How can this go on for six weeks and you keep saying it is marked as no show and no medical waiver can be given???

@airindia What absolute nonsense is this. After tremendous back and forth before and after the flight now you say it is marked as no show so no waiver is possible. What in the world is wrong with your customer service? This was a medical emergency!!!!!

@airindia You're still saying the same thing when all documents have been sent. WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED?! Not a single other airline drags a medical waiver request on for several weeks like this. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

@airindia What kind of service is this? Don't hide behind technical details about whether the travel agent has to be contacted first or you. All documents were provided well before the flight and in any case, in case of a medical emergency where someone cannot fly, how can you even saythis

@airindia I wrote you an email with the history of the patient's hospitalisation and most recent doctors advice not to travel by air. You did not reply and then marked the ticket as no show and now are refusing a refund!

@airindia That's not a real response. You've still marked it as a no show and refusing refund even though you were intimated two days before the flight! Hiding behind technicalities! Whatever additional doc you want can be provided but refusing a refund is ridiculous!

@SamsungIndia four months now with a non-working refrigerator under warranty. In spite of repeated complaints and 5 visits by your service engineer, the issue is still not resolved and my refrigerator is not cooling. This is #badcustomerservice. Very disappointed!!!!
