@Mauriziosb1 @AtheistsL @Lamar4six If medication is vital to their health, I can recommend it, but taking it is literally a matter of free-will, It's their choice. That has nothing to do with being trans. The only exception is if someone is legally unable to make medical decisions due to a separate condition.
