Lingam, as far as your eye can see! They say, Ramalingaswami #Shiva Temple in Papanasam, near Kumbakonam, TN, was built by God Rama himself! He installed 107 Shivalingas & asked Sri Anjaneya to bring one from Kasi. The main Linga was named Ramalingaswami & the one brought by Sri Anjaneya was named Hanumantha Linga.

Pathetic state of affairs.
Look at theses shops! Encroachment galore! All these shops use the wall of the temple for their back wall. Result - an entire row of reliefs on the temple wall is damaged! (Underlined with red line!) God knows if they have constructed shelves on the temple walls inside their shops! The entire four sides of the temple wall is encroached by these shops. Can this happen without the connyvance of the HRCE authorities? (please read the shop names!) Devikapuram temple, TN FIO @trramesh Sir!

As you enter the TillaiNatraja Temple from the eastern side you can see sculptures depicting various Mudras of Bharatha Natyam! Chidambaram temple!
