Most don't understand important liquidity is in the market with regards to XRP. You have to have DEPTH with means much larger pools than needed to stabilize price and provide tradeable pairs/exchanges of currency. Larger pools means price has to be higher than needed to be stable

Yeah it's exactly where it's going. Debt on ledger via bonds, treasuries, etc. Backed by real assets accepted globally for trade( gold, silver, oil, etc). This avoids bank insolventcy and greatly increases the value of the ledger thus increasing XRP price to cover that value 100%

The NDA's are implied since neither the SEC or Ripple disclosed who these contracts were with throughout the 4 year lawsuit. Without NDA's in place, the names would have been produced and SEC did attempt to force Ripple to disclose but lost that battle during the lawsuit
