They will take you out of the house and deliver you to the funeral home of your family’s choice.

After building a career in the medical field for decades & losing it due to the last 2 years of insanity, I’m currently working at a grunt job in a bakery dept for just a bit over minimum wage….& I’ve never enjoyed a job so much. It’s hard, it’s physical & I smile all day.

I’ve shared before about my son’s best friend Ari, who is so precious to our family; asked for prayers after his car accident & his severe injury, prayers for his always troubled home life. This morning he found his mother dead of a drug overdose. Ari needs prayers, please.

I’ve shared previously about Fuscia, my wonderful coworker from my time in the bakery. Just got word she’s been in an accident on her way to work this morning, car totaled & she’s on the way to the hospital by ambulance. Please pray. She’s 77 & still works everyday.

My 18-yo son could not sleep last night. He’s given up, by his own decision (thank God!) his violent video games so what did he do all night? He watched all episodes of The Chosen. God is building this boy up in such amazing ways. I am so grateful.

I work with a 76-y-o Christian woman who comes in at 2 am 4 days a week & makes the doughnuts. All day, people from all over the grocery store stop in, chat quietly with her about their problems & she counsels them, prays with them. That right there is a gift (cont)

I call this photo “The Last Day of Normal.” March 5,2020. My son & I went to a play. The next day, the world went crazy & in the next 18 months we lost our home, our jobs/careers,but we gained self respect, courage, & so much more. Still fighting the good fight 4 yrs later.

In the past 5 yrs I’ve lost my mother, my brother, the friendship of 2 best friends, my career, my home, most of my life savings, my belief that the world is good, my faith in humanity, but I’ve gained an unwavering peace that Jesus is handling it all & is in total control.

At my new job today someone mentioned the Hawaii fires.A coworker said “I keep telling ya’ll the Lord is coming!,” & he proceeded to speak for 15 minutes on Bible prophecy & the imminence of the Rapture of the church, to “amens” from all around. Me thinks I’m in the right spot.

Frustrated & angry today. A coworker of many years at the hospital system I left took the injection to save her job. 60 yrs old, died in her sleep last week. I tried so hard to warn people. She loved her kids so much, was such a great person, just too trusting.

Today in my area, a mom dropped her 3-yr-old off at daycare, pulled away from the drop-off line & her baby broke free & chased after her, running into traffic. She was killed. Please pray for this mom, for the person who let the baby get loose. I cannot imagine.

2 years ago last week my then 16-yo son got saved. This very shy, quiet boy then insisted on being baptized, & in front of a HUGE church did just that 2 yrs ago today. I am still rejoicing as I’m sure is his birth mother who passed when he was 8. He’ll see her again.

My former coworker who has been on ventilator for 10 days now with Covid passed away at 3:15 today. Her organs started failing overnight. She wanted so much to be home for Christmas but she is truly home for New Year. Born again, she is most alive now. See you again Virginia.
