Just signed a $4.5m construction loan at 68% LTC and an effective rate of 6.45% 🤢
If it didn't take 1129 days to rezone, our rate would have been 2.85% and 80% LTC which would have meant a lower ROR for the lender which would have translated into lower prices for buyers.

This is our humble Victoria, BC and the mobility network that have been built. IIRC we are one of two cities in Canada that most trips are completely by bike, bus, walk. What is amazing to me is that amazing feat is accomplished with such little allocation of the street network.
