Check out our recent paper, led by Kinneret Levavi, on mothers' perceptions of and responsiveness to child cries and child behavior problems when living in areas enriched with auditory threat signals. Our hearts and minds are with the families who participated in this study.
Results from a new RCAP study suggest that when living in armed conflict zones, high-exposure to auditory warning signals is associated with more child externalizing problems and mothers rating childrenโs cries as more aversive. Read it here!
