@united Hi! I’m a 1K member. My bags didn’t arrive with me in April, I filed the report 8 weeks ago, and still no response from your baggage resolution team. With how much I travel with United, I am sorely disappointed with my service. A status inquiry 2 weeks ago was ignored.

@Delta showed up to ATL 3 hours and 15 minutes prior to departure. The international check in line was so long by the time we got to the front, they said it was too late for the flight. The entire line was only serviced by one agent most of the time. Help!

Hey @united just spent 20 minutes on hold trying to add a lap infant to my United reservation. Was told I needed to contact code share partner Austrian airlines. Waited on hold with Austrian, was told that “of course Austrian cannot add passengers to a United reservation. Help!

@Marmot Hey guys thanks for the 20 minute hold in order to tell me that I can’t use the 15% “new user” discount coupon because “everything is on sale already.” Well the coupon you sent doesn’t have that restriction, and you just lost a customer over $9.
