@Alabamastangr8 @TheDaleJackson I'm a trained process engineer. I know that you can't analyze a system of that size in 3 days, nor can you fix it in 2 weeks. Weeks. Doing it right takes time and involves engaging the people who do the work daily. No process engineer would recommend what Trump has done.

@TheDaleJackson I mention the young age because government agencies are complex. Senior officials are senior because they understand the complicated contracting and regulations. It takes years to learn an agency and these people are not experienced AT ALL let alone for this agency.

@TheDaleJackson Let me rephrase since you clearly didn't understand what I was asking. Would you feel like someone was accusing you of being bad at your job or would you assume that you are actually bad at your job and have been embezzling or wasting funds for decades?
