For those who have asked what I’m eating. Approx 180 protein calories, 170 veggie cals and 150 fruit cals per meal, 3 meals daily. Total 1500/day.

Today is 1 yr of not eating anything fun (pizza, bagels, nachos, popcorn, fries, pasta, bread, cookies, candy, chips and on and on). Consequently, my blood sugar is almost normal, most days under 110 in the morning. Also down to 275 from a winter 2018, 335lbs.

Steve @FezzikSports made it to 187 today,I am still 193-194 range. We could have pushed to 180,however after medical consultation,we decided to end the bet and call it a tie. Overall a great experience for me to lose 111 pounds in 186 days.Thanks to Steve for a great competition!.

It has been 90 days of 1500 clean calories per day, and massive amounts of tennis. Down 65.6 pounds (304.6 to 239) in 90 days!! Boom!

I have had many very very very down and depressed days in life to this point, so I just am incredibly thankful for the past 55 days. There is no better feeling than the high of excessive exercise and reduced calorie-healthy food eating. Down 43.6 lb in 55 days to 261!.

Was 304.6 lbs morning of 4-30-22. 5 days later (avg 1520 calories/day) 295.2. I just keep saying to myself, I will NOT ALLOW FOOD TO DESTROY MY LIFE ANYMORE! Hope I can keep up the mantra and be granted the memory and strength to keep it going!.

I have had a change of heart. I am not going to start a service. Don’t want any bad ju-ju energy. To the 5 or 6 people who showed interest I am just going to put them on my friends list w no charge. I may also post some plays for free as I have done in the past seasons.

Played tennis 27 of last 30 days here in the burgh. Avg session length 1.5 hrs. It has really helped me physically, down another 13 lbs and sugar level even lower. ALSO it has been incredible mentally as well! When I get back to vegas im gonna need some more tennis partners!!.

Human body is really incredible. I have seen this before but it always amazes me. After 6 days of super healthy eating, this morning when i woke, sugar level was 182 from 286 6 days ago! Day 7 buffet at s point this morning pic.
