Excited to share our preprint reporting on the discovery of a new ALPK1 variant causing ROSAH syndrome in a family with 7 affected members! We also characterise this variant, showing its constitutive activity in cells #ROSAH #ALPK1 #mrcppu #UoDLifeSciences
