Shout out to @Ad_Crucem. I saw they had a poster of Martin Luther's table prayers, but i didn't have space in my dining room for it. I reached out to them to see if they could make it smaller so I could laminate them, and make placemats for the family. They turned out great.

The only thing I miss about the Eastern Church is the incense. Hard to find a Lutheran church that uses them.

LOL, LMAO even. At 25 I was pulling all night benders, getting 2hrs sleep and still able to function normally. Now if I go to bed on a work night after 10, my next day is ruined. This affects a child's growth and development.
Under optimal conditions, hormonal and otherwise, there’s virtually no difference between getting pregnant at 25 or 45. Plus, having a baby later in life is linked to longevity.
